HYDRO-BLOK Expands with a New Warehouse in St. Louis, MO

We are pleased to announce the opening of a brand new warehouse in St. Louis, Missouri, to better serve our customers across the country. The state-of-the-art 11,000 sq.ft. warehouse will help us improve order turnaround times and reduce back orders.

Supply Chain Disruptions

During the pandemic, Hydro Blok was among the many businesses that faced supply chain issues and delays that affected our ability to maintain the levels of inventory our customers demand.

The lower inventory levels resulted in more back orders than usual. In turn, that meant a greater drain on the time and resources customers used to get the products they wanted — and potentially longer timelines for their projects.

By opening the new warehouse and adding to our available warehouse space, we make our supply chain more resilient against disruptions. Now we can maintain healthy stock levels for longer. So when our customers place an order, not only is there much less chance of facing back orders, but we are able to turn around the orders much faster

Operations at the New Warehouse

In addition to having more space to keep inventory of all our products, from shower benches to niches and caddies, the new location is also well laid out and equipped for order fulfilment, which means we can get them out the door faster.

While the new warehouse  is fairly central for servicing locations across the U.S.A, our customers in the eastern U.S. will notice the biggest difference in more orders filled and quicker turnaround times.
